PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO VISIT THIS PLACE!! Wonderful building helpful staff! The visitors were with suits& nice dresses. I recommend to watch Ballet like we do The Swan Lake. You could not take photos

The much discussed (and criticized) second stage will open in May. Never mind the outside, the inside is modern and most likely world class with acoustics. So if visiting this summer, book ahead!

Mr. Gergiev manages to maintain theatre's reputation. Magnificent interior, excellent orchestra, outstanding productions (even nowadays the venue hosts new operas, designed specially for it).

A ballet at Mariinsky is gonig to be one of your most precious exprience.????Great architecture.the problem is that stage box has too many rows that in the the 4th row you can't see the stage at all!!????

Celopatra ballet was phenomenal!????highly recomended!beautiful choreography and music.also great costume and stage design.
